This item consists of one large white sage smudging stick.

Our Sage is sustainably grown, harvested and rolled by the Dakoda Indians.

White Sage is a natural Negative Ion Emitter, it purifies the air around us by trapping positive ions and neutralizing them. 

Sage is used to clear rooms of negative energy, it can also be used to cleanse our auras and crystals too.

How to use your white sage:
Light the end of the smudge stick and fan with a feather until glowing embers are seen then blow out the flame.

Walk around the room fanning the smoke up into the air. To cleanse a crystal fan the smoke over the crystal.

Sage emits negative ions; just as a waterfall or running water, emits the same thing. This is why, when people are near running water, they always feel cleaner, cleaned off or just 'better' for seeming no reason at all. But there is a deeper reason. Our aura holds positive ions, much like a carpet when you walk across it, creates static electricity.
